Guideline for the secondary creation

The permission to create, publish,
and distribute secondary works using the Otomiya Sisters and their voices
is granted only for non-commercial use by individuals or Doujin circles.

Note: We prohibit the following acts.

・To hurt the public image and the honor of Otomiya Sisters, our company and our products
・To use the characters for all acts or purposes contrary to public order and morals
・To use the characters in a misleading way as if the derivative work is official
・To use the characters in the ways that violates or may violate the rights of others

The distribution for a fee is permitted as long as the purpose is to recover the cost of creation.
